Hello! My name is Alisa Applewhite, and I am your Chief Executive Officer. I am a native of New Jersey, residing in North Carolina for 20 years. I have an amazing husband, and five beautiful children. I have been in Healthcare for 17yrs. I started as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), then a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and now a Registered Nurse (RN). I have been a nurse for 13yrs and with this blessing, I have been able to travel to over 20 plus facilities and states working as a Travel nurse. My specialties have been, Intensive care units, Surgical Trauma intensive care units, Neurosurgical intensive care units, Postanesthesia care unit, adult Psychiatric units, Medical-surgical units, Telemetry units, Progressive care units, several step-down units, Emergency Departments, COVID units, Neurology Units, Long-term care nursing, Assisted Care nursing, and Long-term Acute care hospitals. I say all this to say Top of the Line Staff I have been in your shoes, I have cried, prayed, and worked tireless attempting to make a difference in all patient's care. I have held the hand of several patients taking their last breath, I have hugged several family members after doing countless hours of CPR to help save patient lives, and I have been on my feet for several hours helping trauma after trauma coming into the emergency departments. I have walked in your shoes, so I know how you should be treated. I know your needs and wants and for medical staff, it’s simple appreciation, compensation, and respect. I have been a patient and one thing all patients want is compassion. I created Top of The Line Healthcare Staffing to recruit the Top of The Line Staff, and Place them in The Top Facilities. As a nurse, I know Top Facilities are only as good as their Staff. So our Vision is to make all facilities Top of The Line Facilities with nothing but the Top of The Line Staff. My passion is taking care of people and educating them about health. My mission is to change the patient’s view by restoring compassion, integrity, and trust to every patient, staff, and client.
